Lots of IPR and Copyright, but Patent law is a seperate entity, your missus may be right but not for a long while yet, as copyright takes care of most infringements pre print, and it will be a while until people start knocking out patentable stuff.

You're in the right career, Ricko. It feels like we employ a lawyer per month these days. We had one of your type come down and tell what we can and can't say on the phone.
We had a compliance guy and a lawyer sit at the trading desk with us to 'observe' our behaviour. Load of old b*llocks. We can't do anything these days without running it past one of our 4.8 million lawyers.

Try and ignore it Tina. Have to say despite my previous positivity I am becoming increasingly concerned over Shah's absence. Do they not have internet access in Syria?

He was posting the other day about Hopkins or something on the boxing board. Then again, it might not have been the real Shah as the post wasn't filled with excessive and personal abuse.

Yes, Tino, it is still in a massively gay way. I don't know why you feel the need to repeat that quote as though you've got one over on me, I'm quite comfortable announcing the massively gay manner in which I think about you, it wasn't a Freudian slip or even a normal slip. I'm quite happy for people to know that I spend a lot of time imagining you chasing me around Runcorn B&Q, flicking my buttocks with a rolled shirt/jumper combo the colour of wilted spinach.

I've done a considerable amount of research and it seems that there's not much decent reception where I work, it's not just my phone even though it's still a pile of shte. As if things couldn't get worse the angry Kiwi's stopped drinking because of his gout so his tantrums are less frequent. I'm having to seriously consider suicide or another job.

I worked with a guy he used to get into work at 7am. He'd pick his nose until 9, have 1 hour for breakfast, send a couple of emails out between 10 and 11 then head off to the pub. He'd usually spend 2/3 hours in the pub and would have at least 4 pints. He'd arrive back at the office, slightly tipsy sometimes, and do another few emails before going home. The guy was a real hero of mine, aside from being a fat, red-faced, alcoholic waste of space.
Glad to you hear you are not like this guy though

Having seen the size of his shed I'm beginning to think LD may be a James Bond style meglomaniac in the Dr No mould. 48 tonnes of earth disposed is obviously to house his undergound shuttle launching complex complete with monorail.

Talking to the builder today I described the automated gate and garage roller doors as a "James Bond -type of thing". I was lost for words at the time. I think he understood. I also mumbled something about "couldn't be bothered getting out of the car to manually open things anymore".
sean, that was just down to the level of the paving/pool surrounds. Another 48t tomorrow apparently. Then only another 25-35t or so for the driveway, rocket launching complex, subterranean squash court, hidden trapdoors and the cellar/ballistics firing range.
You Only Live Once so I thought I would make this project worthwhile.

Amazing where it goes. Couple of weeks back I put 2 tonnes of loam on the cricket square (10 tracks so roughly 20m x 35m). Barely covers it.

Yeah, it goes quickly when you order a couple of tonnes of sand or gravel.
Just did a quick calculation. 169 tonnes overall or nearly 14 x 12.5t truckloads.
Had 4 already, 4 more today, 4 more tomorrow and a couple more in the next few weeks. I bet it will be around 15 or 16 by the end of it.
