How are things down under? Meant to ask whether the fires ever got extinguished, been so busy being obsessed with covid-19.
Surprisingly good considering everything that has happened.
The last of the fires got snuffed out back in March I think... a couple were still smouldering for a while in a few places even after some decent rain.

Good to hear, disasters like that are bad enough but being put into the shade by a global pandemic is even more of a choker. Like our blocked drain.

Galted - I'll swap your blocked drain for the squirrel in our loft.

Are they noisy, Guildford... scratching around and lightly wheezing at night?
Our possums can be like that. I used to hear them scratching, turning over, snoring and most likely fornicating up there in the cosy roof space.
damn it... another bloody palindromic post! (always save the best comments for those)

Used to have a squirrel in the loft in a previous place I lived, you would've thought it was a bison from all the racket.

He lives in a different house to the one in which he keeps most of his wives.

Bloody carpet snake found in our apartment building the other day. Thankfully, I'm not anywhere near so I'm safe.

We did indeed, Peej.
Did you know that Dominic Cummings travelled more under Corona lockdown, than Crewe Alexandra have travelled for a competitive game in their 143 year history.
I did manage to have a drive out, one of the benefits of having a hair dressers car I guess.

I didn't know that.
Not sure I'm looking forward to the NRL starting again on Thursday night with empty stadia. No cardboard cut-outs on the seats either.
I'm hoping someone has been working flat out behind the scenes getting some hysterical fan noise dubbing together. I very much doubt it though. Any sport without atmosphere will be odd.

You could go down the filling the stadia with Sex Dolls, route, mate.
I think the interesting thing will be that you can hear the players interaction with the Ref, especially in football over here.

Morning Super. Don't worry too much mate. The sun will rise again tomorrow.
It's a good time to clean out any old files... reorganise things and most importantly read up on articles which may interest you even if they are a little outside of your usual scope of work. You're at home, yeah?

I feel sorry for that poor guy and his family. What's with these cops? They'll need to find another technique to keep big blokes under control.

You have to factor in that building space is a heck of a lot cheaper in The North, I live in a converted mill loft thing.
But around this area you can't walk far without tripping over a mill, so they are cheap as chips.

I feel a bit uncomfortable when I'm on a fist - it's like getting to the front room before every one else and sitting in Rick's armchair. Can't relax properly wondering how he's going to react.

Didn't realise you are still in lockdown. Is it still strictly policed or do they turn a blind eye generally?

He should have claimed he drove to Barnard Castle for a w*nk. It would have been as valid a reason as the one he gave.
We're allowed to meet in groups of 8 in Scotland. I don't like 7 other people so it has zero benefit to me.

We are still drinking too much at home, and having the just eat driver catapult the kebab into your face direct from the car.
