First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of Chris Paterson, Steve Thompson and Jonny Wilkinson above the bar!

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

ickle Shane takes a quick throw, but in front of where the ball went in to touch. Comment from Nigel Owens, something along the lines of "Come on, you've been playing 20 years and you don't know that" Laugh

Well played Connacht. Unlucky overall. O Connor & Griffin played really well. Had they taken their kicks and chances - it was theirs. Need to take that into next week.

Believe.

Leo is getting sent off weekly now. Naughty boy.

P.S. Ummm, was at the game with his Missus.

Thought O'Hallaran played very well too gibson, O'Malley struggled a bit against Griffin too.

What did you make of Ruddock? Every time I watch him I'm never that impressed, he looks the part but doesn't have great hands and for a big guy hes not a great ball carrier.

Josh Navidi is the Blues 7. I'm thinking Irelands wings should be Fitzgerald and Trimble. Bowe is struggling a wee bit lately. I'm sure he'll bounce back but starting on the bench may be the motivation he needs!

Yes he is Rodders Josh Navidi, excellent open side for Cardiff RFC and occasionally the Blues. Will keep Warburton on his toes for his region.

Navidi needs a haircut though. He's had the dreds for a couple of years now and they must stink...at least, they look smelly.

Penfro - yeah, I noticed that so I changed it. Breeze has got a scrum cap on?

Could be a goer. It's hard because there are no compellingly good candidates for either centre position.
