First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of Chris Paterson, Steve Thompson and Jonny Wilkinson above the bar!

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

At least I thought I had it but it's not there now.

Do they tell you if you've been modded on here or something?

Maybe I'm just doting.

I thought this was the Dew Drop????

Hi folks. Nice day off today and got a lot of stuff sorted. It's really windy here, and a good chunk of rendering has just been blown off the side of the house. Sounds like the guttering will be next.

Can't do jack about it now, the wind is too strong, so I'll try and get off too sleep.

Looking forward to Ealing v Jersey on Saturday. Can't say the same for Wasps' trip to Tiggerland later in the day. I'll watch it in the pub after Ealing's match, but I fear we are going to concede this one horribly before resuming European interests.

There were wheelie bins all over my road this morning. Neighbours were out trying to figure out which ones were theirs.

In the office now but it was a bit blowy up on the station platform waiting for the train earlier.

Morning all/Bore da pawb.

Super, super tired this morning. The wind outside pretty much kept waking me up every hour or so, not fun.

Then this morning I couldn't find my work keys. I have not had a good start to the day at all, spent so long looking for them I didn't even have time for breakfast Sad

Laugh

good point Lucky.

Just been reading some quotes from Nige, luckily Smiler and Rhodri Jones were able to appear by video link for the citing hearing yesterday, at least that means no wasted travel costs or a missed days training for them. This game against Glasgow is just so important, we need the best preparation possible.

I don't know why they don't use video conferencing for these environmental summits they have. It's ridiculous that you have all these world leaders flying to them to talk about cutting emissions.

and then doing nothing except all agree there's a problem... then fly home again. What's worse is when they say they don't expect to achieve anything - before the 'conference' starts.

I walked across it very carefully, holding on to the railing. There's a little bit of breeze blowing.

(Admittedly traffic below was at a stand-still, but a 2 storey drop would hurt even without landing in fast moving traffic).

Morning folks.

Just realised I've no money on my oyster. Now this doesn't seen like a big problem however the two closest places that top them up make you put at least 7 pound on them (bloody minimum charges when paying by card) and I only have a fiver in the bank. Not a pennys change around the house either. All this means I've to walk into Putney and put enough for one bus journey on it thing for the morning. Great
