First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the picture of Maxime Medard* above the bar!

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Ale cuppa coffee mug guinness cider RedWine Bubbly

* While the other suggestion of Owens, Thomas and Hughie had merit, I couldn't face having Hughie's mug on the wall Wink

Laugh Rava yes this is practice for getting my story right for the Doc. 'Honestly doc it wasn't really my fault'....that sort of thing. Am going to have to be more honest with the number of bottles of wine per week when I see him next!

Jacques Cousteau for saving Antarctic and showing me the beauty of the Oceans and why we must protect them.

Gibbo such a great tune as are so many Beatles tunes, is mindblowing when you realise how many good tunes they had. If you guys get me started on musice tho, am not sure I will be able to stop Smile What I was listening to the very moment I read your post is ..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkaKwXddT_I .........NOW, before anyone clicks this link, make sure you are able to get past the first 2 or 3 seconds of country style guitar playing, after that it is amazing........having said that this wouldn't be my first choice tune to put out there but I do love Neil Young Smile

Let me polish off a few bottles of vino... and I'll make a better comparison! Laugh

Jayzhuz... drinking pi55 on the WACA turf by the groundstaff in the middle of the night? They even even footage of it. That's all we need... another controversy. Some Indian bird (no idea who she is) is very unimpressed. Welcome to Australia love!!

I have throughout my life really disliked poetry. But tonight, I realised that it isn't about reading it and dissecting it but hearing it and feeling it. This is called "Knock Knock" by Daniel Beatty. Incredibly powerful stuff-

I think I got a clear picture... well, sort of. The high quality version sounds better than the first one you posted. Laugh

I was referring to the latest news here in Oz in that last bit. It would be like the groundstaff having a party on the pitch on the eve of a hurling match. The ICC (governing body) would be in shock but it's up to the local cricket assoc. to ensure it won't happen again.

Pity. If only that idiot (whomever it was??) hadn't taken footage of it and found it's way to the media... the party-goers would all be laughing and nobody would be wise to the fact. Wink

Ok got you Line, although I still prefer the older higher pitched version for some reason. Assuming you are talking to me? Smile And MBTGOG cool vidoe/poetry, pretty deep. One of my GFs lecturers does something very similar in Chicago and have seen youtube videos of him which really impressed me so will have to get his name/the links and let you know. His stuff is pretty similar and really made me think at the time Smile

I think NIQs should only be signed if there isn't a better Irish player available in that position

That would leave you with No Irish players though Erm
