The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the picture of David Sisi, Jannie de Beer and Glen Webbe above the bar!
So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Seriously guys, does anyone know how to stop these email messages? I have selected the do not notify me tab but i still get them. Its starting to make me not want to post here anymore.
Billy, I'm sure you have tried what Kiwi said to do but in case you haven't you will find it here.

I had to send a PM to Kiwi to eventually get mine sorted.

Just looked at the tables there and Ulster are through as RU, if Irish beat Blues. Cant be caught.

Billy, there was a notice on the home page a few days ago explaining how to turn them off - you had to follow both steps. I've just looked and they've taken it down. Send a message to Kiwi, he knows what's what.

Matanavou scores for Tou in what looked like a pretty decent forward pass. Con for all their effort are just not in the same league.

24-3 for Tou is pretty flattering as they havent really played that well. They look very beatable though and a better team than Con would have done them today

Cardiff Blues are defending well. Irish don't really have the nous to break them down. Penalties are keeping them in it though they have missed their last one.
Blues lead 19-15.

Con cross the line but its pulled back for a knock on, personally i thought that it came off the Tou player but hey ho.
Barnes really must be the worst referee in regards to his positioning and awareness, he has obstructed the play about 5 times this match. Not very good.

Sorry those waiting for updates on Munster game - have had to put game into live pause. Very hungry puppy is seriusly disrupting viewing. She is not yet fully trained as a rugby dog - can't always quite last out the full 80 minutes!
We're working on it though and epect things to have become more controlled by the knockout stages of the HEC (or it might be exit puppy )

Prato 10 - 50 Chiefs TBP takes us clear at the top, with USAP still to play Dreigiau this weekend - leaves us with USAP to play at home for a qf berth

How about,
Fantastic result Asbo!
Are USPA bothered about the Amlin?
Will they give it a lash or just shrug?
By the way, did you see our result last night.
Now I'm not one for saying I told you so...

London Irish out. Big games next weekend with both Cardiff and Edinburgh looking to get a five pointer at home. Can't be arsed looking up the different scenarios. Someone else will I'm sure. To be honest, I can't see either of them getting any further than the QF.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
I might have to do that, Gibbo. It's just that I remember a couple of deliveries in cricket: the first, Glenn McGrath almost knocks Brian Lara's head off, one hell of a delivery; they have a few words; the second delivery, Lara hits McGrath through the covers for four and I swear it was the hardest I've ever seen a cricket ball hit.
But anyway, how about darts, Gibbo? The Dutch are taking over down at the Lakeside!

Me neither, Rav, but I think qf is a decent outcome from an Embra point of view and they've played some wonderful attacking rugby along the way (ignoring the woeful defence for a second)Rava wrote:AsLongAsBut100ofUs wrote:Prato 10 - 50 Chiefs TBP takes us clear at the top, with USAP still to play Dreigiau this weekend - leaves us with USAP to play at home for a qf berth
