I think it shows the gulf overall between Ireland's top two provinces. Leinster have so much more strength in depth.

We'd love to get a win next week to send us off to Dublin with a smile on our faces though. That would be the perfect pick me up.

I think this result illustrates we've got a very good first XV and loads to smile about this season for sure. But beneath the first XV, we're not awful but we could be a whole lot better. I'm looking forward to seeing if our new coach can help us develop the players on the fringes of the squad.

I'm not too disappointed to be honest. There were young guys getting game time and showing up well. I haven't held out much hope of a playoff place over the past few weeks and to be honest even if we get a result next week we most likely will be going back to Thomond Park with a team similar to tonight's. With the best will in the world a LBP in those circumstances would be a luxury.

Bit disppointed with the lack of intensity from our forwards to be honest.

How many times did I watch Lewis Stevenson dander from one ruck to the next and contribute nothing to any of them? The penalty for the early shove was disappointing too.
