First topic message reminder :
Talofa*, afio mai** to the Leileifiafiafale*** - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat. The pub has ventured to Samoa because Biltongbek fancied cocktails on the beach.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of the recently retired Lloyd Burns and Peter Short; Richardt Strauss and Stephen Jones or the posters for "Stamp Out Racism" featuring Pat Lam and "Justice 4 John Afoa".

Cheers Prop lad
To be fair Gibbo there are a few of the Leinster lads who look like they want to get into the HC act.
Edinburgh on the other hand are only adding fuel to the argument from the AP and Top 14 about HC qualification.

Good man Prop. You seem so happy these days... Then again, you always are pal. tricky
Yeah Rav. Edinburgh holding back it seems. We are not. Some players are putting their hands up out there. Jenno is one. Madigan another. McFadden in open play. Toner getting more involved in the loose.
Its growing nicely. Squad depth and strength I mean.

Nacewa is just such a class act. Such a shame he can't play test rugby.
Anyone else see the Autumn tests lineup? Ireland are only playing twice; against South Africa and Argentina. The weekend in between the Wolfhounds are playing Fiji. That'll be a very strong team for the Wolfhounds I'd say. Pretty much the Second XV.

Treviso getting so much stronger by the season. NO one takes them for granted anymore. Home or away. Great to see. Shame about Aironi. Need a strong replacement.

Well done Leinster. You can only beat what is put in front of you but that was quite an embarrassment for the Pro 12 in my opinion.

Unfortunately no medals handed out yet. It'll be over to the big boys on the playoffs to secure the silverware.
While Ulster and ASM get it on in Twickers......

Sounds like a good win for Leinster. Played a soccer match this evening and I played one of my best games of the year, an assist and a goal line clearance.
But one thing annoys me it's the 3rd City game I have missed this year (first home one) and not only do they decide to finally play but they decide to win 6 freaking nil. FFS!!!!!!!!!! still happy with the 2 wins

Ah we have to meet up me aul segocia. Miss yer face.
As you well know, Rav and I dont drink perse(?)... but we shall imbibe in some light refreshments and canapes with your good self.
Yeah man. Leinster are getting embarassing at this stage. Im just smiling inside.
Sheeeting myself about ASM though. They want it bad. Have equal, if not better, squad strength. On form. At home (well Bordeaux). We couldnt have a tougher SF.
A win there, would be bigger than our 2 x HC Final wins, IMO. Its our toughest assignment possible for years. Hope we are ready and up for it.

Different game T. One game from the Final. Its a huge ask.
But I do believe with BODs return, Thorn in the pack. And Leo back to his best... we could just do it. Sexton may well be the differ in that one.

ASM v Leinster will be a monster game Gibbo, just seriously huge match ups all over.
Wagga v Thorn, Rougerie v BOD and Byrne v Kearney are mouthwatering prospects.
Would love to see an Ulster v leinster final, but as you say, it is going to be a huge ask for Leinster to go to France and win.

It was a bit tongue in cheek Gibbo, Leinster will do it though, Fitzgerald has impressed me a lot in the past few weeks. He has had a very good season but has been magnificent the past while. Trying to show the IRFU they fudged up and boy have they!

Actually I think playing in Bordeaux instead of the Stade Marcel Michelin means this will be easier for Leinster.
'Easier' is such a relative term isn't it?

I'm not at all sure it will be harder for Leinster than it was for Ulster. If I remember correctly ASM were out if we beat them and we very nearly did. My money would be on Leinster and the only reason I would rather face you lot in a final, if we were to make it, would be because you are another Irish team.
I would fear Leinster more than ASM.

People should watch this, it is a truely great story and it is nice to see athletes do something like this rather than just go to a place once. It's a bit heartbreaking but makes you proud of the people of some of the good people we have on the planet.

But its the National T. That' s when everyone who knows nowt about horses, backs one. Its tradition. I won 150 quid on the National winner last year, just before the Leinster v Tigers QF. What a day.

Morning!
I'm all excited for later. I hope it's a corker of a match Well done to Leinster yesterday - wasn't expecting that sort of score! Shame I'll miss the Connacht/Ulster game later and it's on the red button, so I would've watched that. Never mind. Mind you, I forgot about the Dragons last night. Doh!
Willy - I haven't put a private bet on, but I picked "Junior" in the work sweepstake. Wouldn't be disappointed to win the 50 squid...and I get my pound back if the horse comes in last.

Morning all,
Have an awesome time Dreamer.
Just been on my daily morning YouTube tour and I think I have to say that the Tri Nation's in 2010 was probably the most exciting series of international rugby in my 13 years or so of watching the game.

Morning Munsty,
Yes, it was really nail-biting stuff. Some high scoring matches which could have gone either way and a few very close matches as well.
I particularly remember the matches in SA - that first match was an unbelievable start... then they blew it. Then they nearly blew it again!
Credit to the ABs though. They were undefeated in that series until the "4th Bledisloe" in Hong Kong. I watched that match from a bar in Tokyo -
It was a fair consolation I thought.

The two matches between Australia and South Africa in the Republic were something else. Just how rugby can be with a positive attitude.
