The Dew Drop Inn ERC 2012 Commemorative Pub, Dublin
First topic message reminder :
Sláinte and welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat. The Pub has followed the victorious Leinster team home after last week's Heineken Cup final for a liver-busting celebration.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the picture of the late Simon "Human Windmill" Pitney or those of all the HEC and Amlin Cup finalists.

Am I the only one who doesn't understand this?
I'm trying to work out if that is because it is H&S speak or Vodka speak!

There are a couple of typos Mrs P. but there are also serious issues of cleaning high level windows whether or not vodka is involved.

Should this read especially when vodka is involved?

Yes of course drink is hazardous to posting. A fair few of us have fallen foul of that. Especially Gibbo.

I haven't had a day off for 4 or 5 weeks now, heroic is not a description I would use...
Still, I can see some light at the end of the tunnel, if my luck holds I'll be off next Monday and Tuesday.
Have a good day Glas, catch you later, I'm off.
"To the tower, follow me!"

Funny story right. M&S ran out of burgers and sausages yesterday before lunch. Like absolutely clean out. New order in today. One very pi$$ed off customer suggested we change our tag line from 'these aren't just any burgers' to 'there just aren't any burgers'. Very witty I thought.

Freaking monsterous day of sport. Rodders it should be on the RTE player alright, it's on BBC Wales AFAIK so I would guess it would make it's on way on to the iPlayer? Might make it's way on to youtube too.

It'll be on S4C's Clic service but I'm not sure if that's available in your neck of the woods, but RTE should have it also

Hi all.
Just watched the boxing. Froch was quality. Vicious punches at the end especially. Bute is a resilient lad fair play, as his head was being rocked back a good few times.

Let's just say regardless of the result, everyone will be talking about Poite. He's reduced the game to a farce.

Brilliant, Welsh might actually have some justification for blaming everything on a ref. Poite was poor but both sides were at fault there. If neither side has clear cut momentum I don't think a penalty try would be awarded. Would I have given it? Yes, mainly because there were one or two times when the Os had decent go forward momentum.

If Ospreys had engaged their brains and looked to the six on four overlap out wide once it became clear that Poite wasn't giving them the decision they were after it could well be a moot point.

I don't know what's worse, Poite's refereeing or the Osprey's handling.
