The same Richard Wright who terminated his Preston contract because he couldn't be without his family.

Re: Big Premier League Signings III
Murphy was getting past it a bit tbh. Etuhu is nice but not overly unreplacable. Dembele and Dempsey hurt, but Berbatov is a quality player. Ruiz is similarly class

Re: Big Premier League Signings III
Losing four players in one position is never good for a club though. I don't think Murphy was past it at all, I thought he was one of Fulham's best players last year as his simple passing game allowed the more creative players to do their thing.

Re: Big Premier League Signings III
Murphy may only have been able to play 60 odd minutes per game, but ask any Fulham fans and they became a worse team when he went off the field.
They won't go down, but they have lost a lot of talent. Dembele especially

What's the worst rumors you seen so far
Fabregas back to Arsenal for 35m - Marca
Jermain Defoe to Reading
Yohan Cabaye to Arsenal - I don't think Newcastle would be silly enough to sell

Expecting #NCFC to sign a striker today, probably from a Premier League rival, told talk of Craig Mackail-Smith joining is incorrect

David Villa to City Good one!!
De Jong went to AC. He's a thug but does his job well. Can't say I'll miss him as Citeh will have no cover when Rodwell gets injured, because he will get injured again.

Remy to a PL club
Llorente will not move
Moutinho will not move
Jim White will need resuscitation at some point

Liverpool have put in a loan bid for Sturridge, with Spurs also interested, but I can't see Chelsea letting him go unless they wrap up Andre Schurlle for £18mill today.

sinclair has completed his move to citeh. worst move of the wndow imo. does nothing for no one. citeh dont need him, 6.2m isnt enough for swansea and he simply wont play enough. bad move all round i think, feel worst for swansea

Replacing him with Pablo Hernandez with money to spare is good enough for Swansea I think. They signed Michu for £2 million so I can see them getting two good players out of the deal.

Have they signed Hernandez?
Also as a sidenote - they'll do well to get anyone decent for £2m this close to the close of the window

They might not sign anybody this window, but can invest that money in January or next summer.
It's pretty much a done deal, I think they were waiting for Sinclair deal to go through first.

I see, great news for Swansea - I love the way they've set up the club and the way they're building sustainably for the future - making and improving players rather than blowing all their budget on 1 or 2 superstars. Plus they play a great brand of football.

Pablo Hernandez to Swansea done deal.
Looked superb a few years back but has lost his way in recent years. Think he needed a move away and a fresh start. Think Laudrop can get the best out of him and could be a bargain if he performs to the level he did a few years back.

Re: Big Premier League Signings III
I'll update this after the deadline. So far, additions to the table include:
Maicon (might be past it but it he was the best RB in Europe at one point)
Gaston Ramirez when it goes through
Hugo Lloris when it goes through
Javi Garcia when it goes through
Anything else?
