First topic message reminder :

Hello and welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub, a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The pub has made its way to the island of Jersey, where the newly promoted hme side is off the bottom of the Championship.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no tampering with the pictures of Glen Jackson, Dan Parks and Matt Banahan above the bar.

Prices have been pretty steady round here for the past 18 months or so, and the market seems to be doing ok. We saw a house that we (the wife) really liked but sadly they have accepted an offer this morning and we wouldn't be able to top it until we get an offer on ours. Not going to look at any houses until we get some interest in ours. Having an open day on the 24th November, so hopefully that will spark some interest.

Looking forward to the second half of this one, am interested to see how the younger Burns brother goes for Glaws.

Oz - Burns seems to be doing well so far. He's nailed each of his kicks. He's been thrown in at the deep end according Mike T.

I really hope the O's can maintain their lead.

I don't know why, but I thought you'd got tickets in the Wadsworth stand, I got a ticket for the Wadsworth and then realised you're on the terrace.

Are we playing that bad? Reading on twitter that the ref has been on our backs quite a bit and quite a bit of boo-ing from O's fans for penalties.

Prop - well some would say the ref has been whistle happy, but Glaws have been a bit cynical at times, but the O's were early on too. Good run by Monaghan for Glaws there, and they have advantage now. Easy try. No defence from the O's. Booger.

Really enjoyed that, some great young talent on show there, O's definitely deserved the win, but the scoreline was a fair reflection of the game as Glaws could have nicked it.

Poor discipline ultimately cost them the game, though.
