Hello and welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub, a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The pub has made its way to Colwyn Bay, where the Tier 2 AIs are currently taking place.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no tampering with the pictures of Bob Scott and Malele Kunavore above the bar.

Evening all, training was good....just had an argument opening 3 cans of tuna!! Now got 2 huge pasta bake's cooking!!

Pasta is the devil, unless whole meal. I have just come through the hardest week of my life. Phase 1 of the Harcombe diet...

PJ, christmas ones I only went on there to order some holly leaf shaped icing cutters and got distracted. I have done the sensible thing and ordered the icing cutters and left the 76 pages to their own devices. I shall have another look when I've actually thought it through and am not so tired!

Buenas tardes, amigos! Mr Puma home tonight, so we have had roast chickie, onion mash, glazed carrots, stir fried cavolo nero and roast gravy. Good. Makes a change from the soup. Now Himself is watching Celtic v ??? Hearts (I know nothing, I am from Tunbridge Wells).

Prop, did you find a copy of 'Ghost Stories'?

Also, had a bit of a disaster with the bread - oven not hot enough, bread not in for long enough. My own stupid fault.

Just splitting fat and carbs, but for the first week you have to wean yourself off sugar, caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, potatoes, white bread, white pasta, and white rice. Now I can have alcohol provided its wine, I can eat baked potatoes as long as its not with meat fish or cheese and dark chocolate. A mate of mine has been on it since August and has lost 3 and a half stones.

Oh, he also said that Joubert let them do what they wanted because he wanted to ref another WC final, but I thought that went a bit far and so did Glas, so he retracted that bit.

Anyhoo, all hell let loose and some people were nasty to Biltong who was essentially looking after the shop on his one, he got well fricked off and told everyone to kiss his hiney - he's chilling now by biting the heads off of a couple of Lions, he'll be right in a couple of days.

Tis PJ and Im not taking it for granted either. Yet. Up to our arses in it. They were supposed to take on another 7 people for the British Steel and Tata Steel accounts we've just taken over. Naw. No budget till Jan. So that's us ver ver busy. Like yersel. Ah well. Id rather be doing it than the alternative.

Besides, its set me back on the HC Road again this year, with Hugs. Going to every game till it all ends... In Dublin. Love it.

Yeah, I have to take 2 weeks off so have to get as much work done as I can to pay for the two weeks off, and the wife's birthday on Dec 9th, eldest's on Dec 26th and youngest's on Jan 1st, oh and That Day too.
