The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Colwyn Bay
First topic message reminder :
Hello and welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub, a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The pub has made its way to Colwyn Bay, where the Tier 2 AIs are currently taking place.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no tampering with the pictures of Bob Scott and Malele Kunavore above the bar.

Good shout.
He was listed as "unlucky to miss out" in the IRB press release - ditto Habana, Michael Hooper and Ross Rennie.
The IRB panel issues MVP points to 3 players in each test through the year. So it helps to be a good player in an ordinary team

Isn't Rennie given credit for standing out in a poor side?

You ok Cari?
Oh 'eck, I just discovered that there are 76 pages of Buy It Now cookie cutters on ebay and that's just the ones in the UK
It would help if I knew exactly what I'm after but on this occasion the 'I'll know what I'm looking for when I see it' approach may turn out to be rather unwise

PJ, christmas ones I only went on there to order some holly leaf shaped icing cutters and got distracted. I have done the sensible thing and ordered the icing cutters and left the 76 pages to their own devices. I shall have another look when I've actually thought it through and am not so tired!

Tuna can be quite belligerent prop, don't take no crapp off of it.
OK, I'll bite. Whats the Harcombe diet?

Buenas tardes, amigos! Mr Puma home tonight, so we have had roast chickie, onion mash, glazed carrots, stir fried cavolo nero and roast gravy. Good. Makes a change from the soup. Now Himself is watching Celtic v ??? Hearts (I know nothing, I am from Tunbridge Wells).

Also, had a bit of a disaster with the bread - oven not hot enough, bread not in for long enough. My own stupid fault.

Just splitting fat and carbs, but for the first week you have to wean yourself off sugar, caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, potatoes, white bread, white pasta, and white rice. Now I can have alcohol provided its wine, I can eat baked potatoes as long as its not with meat fish or cheese and dark chocolate. A mate of mine has been on it since August and has lost 3 and a half stones.

Fad, fad, fad. Glas, just NO. NO,NO,NO. Look on line for how to do the Intermittent Fasting thing. Because this is not just for losing weight, it has many other benefits. Supposedly (with my research scientist's hat on).

All good CJ, I don't think anyone knows exactly what happened, about the only certain thing is that Glas started it.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Colwyn Bay
Glas said that New Zealand were a bunch of cynical cheating thugs and that Hore was a throwback to the 70's and had a cack mo, he also said that he did Davies on purpose cause Wales had no lock on the bench, that thuggery followed the All Blacks around like stink on poopie, he also said that they get let off everything because they've infiltrated the corridors of power at the IRB and that they're big girls and threaten to take their ball back if the IRB don't do what they say.
Oh, he also said that Joubert let them do what they wanted because he wanted to ref another WC final, but I thought that went a bit far and so did Glas, so he retracted that bit.
Some people didn't see the funny side.
Come to think of it, a lot of them were Kiwis.
Anyhoo, all hell let loose and some people were nasty to Biltong who was essentially looking after the shop on his one, he got well fricked off and told everyone to kiss his hiney - he's chilling now by biting the heads off of a couple of Lions, he'll be right in a couple of days.
What you been up to CJ?

It so was as well, he had a ripcord up his asss for that one.
All good this end Gibbo, working like a dog - it's "That Time of Year" and everyone wants PJ to work miracles and get the job done before "That Day" so it's 7 days a week and a lot of late nights.
How's IBM? Still hippy heaven?

Tis PJ and Im not taking it for granted either. Yet. Up to our arses in it. They were supposed to take on another 7 people for the British Steel and Tata Steel accounts we've just taken over. Naw. No budget till Jan. So that's us ver ver busy. Like yersel. Ah well. Id rather be doing it than the alternative.
Besides, its set me back on the HC Road again this year, with Hugs. Going to every game till it all ends... In Dublin. Love it.
Miss yer face darlin.

Reach for the Sooty puppet!!? Oh my days, that's funny.
Yeah, I have to take 2 weeks off so have to get as much work done as I can to pay for the two weeks off, and the wife's birthday on Dec 9th, eldest's on Dec 26th and youngest's on Jan 1st, oh and That Day too.
I swear if anyone mentions bad planning...

19th March 2009. Pub was conceived. Seems so much longer somehow. A lot of tours, games, pints and craic under the bridge like.
