I actually arranged a session for onetwo to join me in sparring. That resulted in the time he left bbc 606 and came back in the guise of a 13 year old girl. This was pre-Isis so he can be forgiven his ignorance.

Pretty good mate, enjoying some 50's music at the moment and getting a lot of work done in the gym. Plus cigarettes have been reduced to 1-3 a day thanks to the E-cig and still grafting away on the piano without notable progress.

Finished at half 10 then listened to wife complaining for an hour, fell asleep and woke again to her finishing the end of her complaint about 3 am, then couldn't go back to sleep.
