Nothing much, the heat confined me to the indoors. Friday night got high as a kite and watched the raid 2. We were fecking mesmerized by it, Saturday and Sunday nothing at all except gym. Am working the weights properly now so it's taking me three days a t a time to recover. Piano has been on hiatus and probably will be till the end of ramadhan.

Morning Rick. It is a glorious day in the nonce capital of the world. We had another far right march in town this weekend. About ten of them there. Bell ends.

Haha it happens in Bradford quite a bit too, all the rumours start flying about trouble in the city and right wing marches in the city centre, then a few fat middle aged blokes rock up and people just kind of walk past and hardly notice they are there.

This one was the new organisation former by former EDL leader Tommy Robinson. I was going to go into town and have a look but going to Halifax took precedence. Doesn't seem there was the greatest turn out.

Morning all, I love the Far Right marches
"We're reclaiming this country in memory of those who fought and died for it"
"Gary, it's a bit nippy out, mate, and looks like it might rain. Are we still marching to reclaim this great country of ours in honour of those who made the ultimate sacrifice?"
"Well, I've got to sign on in a bit and there's a Jeremy Kyle special on. Two blokes are in love with this fat bint and she's pregnant by a third fella but they still want to be with her."
"Why do you want to watch that?"
"It's my sister!"
"Oh right, so we're not marching today!"
"Definitely....next week weather permitting...or the week after."

That is pretty much how I envisage the meetings going also.
When you see them in streets being mocked by all and sundry, including your casual racists such as old people, you almost feel sorry for them, but then you remember what monumental bell ends they all are, and it passes.

Re: The Culture Cup Round x - Adam is a naughty naughty boy
There's a pub in Bradford called "The Boy and Barrel". It was on that documentary a few years ago about being British in Bradford and the ex-landlady took part. I drive past on my way home from work occasionally and I can't tell if the Far Right are gathering for a march or if the patrons are just out for a smoke. That's what I envisage them to be like, utterly abject people who would blame everyone else for their woes if they could be bothered and it didn't interrupt their heavy drinking sessions.
"I blame that Muslimism"
"Too right mate, your round."
"You're not exactly skinny yourself, you fat c*nt!"
"Ouch!"
Aye, the same people who hate everything foreign but will gorge themselves on pizza, kebabs, Chinese and Indian takeaways...f*cktards!

What gets on my wick with them is whilst I am a woolly enough liberal to acknowledge their right to march and to grudgingly respect that right we have had countless of them in Rotherham in the wake of all the child abuse scandals and, having inadvertently found myself in the town centre on the days of the marches the cost of policing them must be absolutely through the roof. Extra police are drafted in from other forces, temporary barriers are erected to block off certain areas, the local police helicopter is in the air pretty much all day. All of this is paid for by the local council, there is not some central government pot to cover the costs. In a town such as Rotherham, which is hardly the most picturesque or teeming with amenities or attractions you can’t help but think this money would be much better spent somewhere else.
Also on the occasions I have been in town, they are absolutely dead. I try to shop with small local businesses as much as I can and so know a few stall holders in the market and pretty much all of them say when the marches are on they may as well not open. We had a spell where we had these marches on almost a monthly basis, having one Saturday every month where you barely cover your costs has to hurt your business in the long run. Protecting the interests of honest, hardworking Brits by putting them out of business. Bell ends.

Thanks, Jeff.
I liked it as well. Short and sweet so well within the 17 word limit that Jules has imposed.
I pretty much ignore 95% of what Shah posts. Now Sean has gone, I am the target of his ire. Definite closet homo is Shah. One can understand why he finds it so hard to come out though. No one wants to be thrown off a building.

By the way Rick, I asked Tina for facts, not Rick for half-ar$ed, poor spelled supposition as to the reasons insect blood is yellow. Whilst you may very well be correct, do not presume to take over the mantle of bug-fact-supplier-in-Chief to the C.C.

But when it comes to turning tricks, insects have no equal. And their stock-in-trade is food—the deals so common they have a name: nuptial gifts. These range from dead prey—the insect equivalent of a box of chocolates—to food bags attached to females’ bodies during mating.

As the female chows down, the male begins to mate with her. But the female is rather mercenary about the whole affair: Even though they are coupled, she somehow prevents his sperm from entering her body until she has gorged herself for a full five minutes.rick_dagless wrote:DAVE667 wrote:Only that of hookers (and occasionally those who aren't hookers...ok, whatever I can get away with really), Rick, although I'm am sure Tino will have an interesting fact relating to bug prostitution but that's not my thing (nor should it be anybody's thing if we're being honest!)
