First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the Tommy Bowe photo on the bar. That's a banning offence

So pull up a chair....what'll it be? appletini

Well that's exactly what we need to do. It'll be interesting to see which of these 10s gets more time with Ulster next year.

Jeez, we can't afford any more poor goalkicking. Both Jackson and McKinney are very good but have had some very poor misses so far this tournament.

And they are just scything through us.

We were lucky to hang onto the ball after that lineout. Terrible pass from Marmion puts us under pressure but we hang on for a penalty.

McKinney lines it up...

...BOOM!

he, Marmion. A guy I went to school with had that as a middle name. Such an old fashioned name! Always makes me chuckle though.

Glad Ireland got that kick but SA hit back with one of their own

Conway had his mind on the try, not the ball. Savage skip pass from Hanrahan there though. Reasons to be cheerful.

Scrum is good. Mckinney is settling down with his kicking. We are showing we can open them up. 3 reasons to be hopeful. Must stay with them up to half-time.

Hanrahan has a lot of talent. Remember Munsty coming on the old 606 after reffing a game involving Rockwell and speaking very highly of him. It's important that both he and Luke Marshall get exposure at this level and I'm glad he hasn't lost out.

Gibbo - I can't help that I live so close to the stadium that I can hear them. Seriously Cardiff has been overrun with women in their 30's and above, tis actually quite scary....

evening Cari! I'm still trying to recover from the Wales U20's match.
