First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the Tommy Bowe photo on the bar. That's a banning offence

So pull up a chair....what'll it be? appletini

Possibly one of the most ridiculous scrum penalties I've ever seen.

Finally we've seen the Crusaders up the gears. Maitland offloads to Williams to score.

I think a lot of Sharks fans are going to feel very hard done by with some of the decisions today.

Rava, yes. Sorry.
Rev, Staggie is the post prolific rugby poster, and 20th most prolific on the site. He's 16 short of 2000 posts, anyone want to start the sweep on when he hits 2000? And I dropped some £ on your fundraising page too Smile

Ref has been poor, but Sharks have made too many basic errors. Crusaders the better side and deserve the win.

They do Pete but they've certainly shown how to beat this Crusaders side in this match and I think the Stormers will do it in the semi.

Yep, rush defence, hit the defensive rucks hard, and don't kick the ball down to the Crusaders' back 3.

Something needs to be done about speeding refs up at the scrum, tonight's calling was one of the slowest i've heard!

I'd agree, the Sharks showed that you can beat the Crusaders...if you hold onto the ball!!

Cwmdu fete has been cancelled today due to the weather although the twmpath (that's like a barn dance) and things are still going on tonight but I reckon I'm going to be giving it a miss. Still full up with this stupid cold Sad Going to cwtch up on the sofa with my mam and cat for the day and get the fire lit I think and watch the tennis. Then family meal tomorrow so all good Smile

Being as you asked, my flag (which I only used intermittently and not when something important was going on) wasn't permanently stuck in the air on a twenty foot pole obscuring TV camera views, that's why I can complain about Glastonbury because I was objecting to the copious amounts of flags on poles stuck fixed right in front of the stage through all performances.

OK. I haven't seen the performance or flags as yet. I didn't realise they permanently satuck in the air. I have on occasion made people put their flags down as they've been obstructing my view at rugby matches. It's a pet hate of mine by some selfish people and don't even start me on air horns. steam

And breath. Very Happy
