Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the collage of great current props' pictures on the bar. We've got Castrogiovanni, Hika Reid, The Beast, Colin Windon, the Franks brothers, Mas, Tonga'uiha, Roncero, Cian Healey (as demanded by Hughie), Stevens, Murray, Mike Ross, Adam Jones and Steenkamp all in action. Graffiti's a banning offence
So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Now,
School pack lunches!
That has got to be my least favourite job of all!!
Coming near the end of term the kids are counting the days till holidays and I am counting how many more pack lunches I have to make!!!!
But, since MrP isn't from the "Gibbo" school of husbandry, I'd better go and make them myself!
Only messing, I love MrP, even if he doesn't iron or cook or make the pack lunches.

Nah,I asked a question about the commentators a while back. What's the deal exactly?
Might get it over in England if it's cheaper.
MrsP,get them to make their own sandwiches! At least the elder lemmings anyway!

How do I know that? See me with MrsG.
Cant stand her.

She tends to be MrsP. Annoying as it is sometimes. She is my Rock. And I'm hers.

To be honest I'm a traditionalist, I fear for the day when my generation takes over. I'm afraid we'll make a right man sausage up of it. Moreso than it is already if possible.

Willy,
Ye have a clean-slate man. No one has phhoked it up more than us lot - over millennia. We invented teenagers and consumerism.
Believe... nothing. Question everything. Thats a good start.

Not sure if I fall into the oldie or young 'un category in here. If it makes a difference, I cook, clean, iron and do the pack lunches, but then so does the wife, well except for the ironing.
I can't sew for shoite though.

Hi all. Just in from a nice evening.
Congrats on landing the job cari I hope you enjoy it.
As I have no one to wum with in terms of England's next game, I'm thinking of setting up a lunchtime discussion with some of my French work colleagues to discuss which one of us deserves to lose our q/f more.
Think they'll go for it?

Hound,
Thats brilliant thinking man. Ask a Frog to diss himself, his country and everything he stands for? They love dissing themselves... made a whole movie-industry out of it. The best IMO. But against the Rosbeefs?
You Genius.

I might chuck an inflamatory Kiwi into the mix too (as the French will be there ) - we have one or two in the building.
Might need more than the regulation half hour lunch for this one...

The only housework I do is cooking if Mrs G is home later than me.
Is anybody else concerned that this qf will take too much out of the winner, giving the French an easy ride to the final?

Gooood morning, good morning! We've danced the whole night through, good morning, good morning to you!
Just had great pleasure in telling my (soon to be old) boss that no, I won't be travelling to London to go to a meeting cause it won't be necessary I have far more important things going on here. Like making the most of this gaff during the day. Once I move, you won't be seeing me in the daytime....not that you'll miss much anyhoo

I'm not sure Lucky. They have to do certain checks first which will probably take a few weeks. I'm hoping I'll get a start date of the beginning of November.

Yeah, it's a good feeling. I'll miss a few people here, but there's lots more new ones to meet too.
By the way are you listening to Radio 2? I've had to turn it off until 9:30. I can't stand Miranda Hart and the bloke she's with. They're awful! Bring back Richard Madeley!

I've been listening to music on my phone. I don't mind RM, he's quite soothing, doesn't chat too much. He's not got the best voice for radio, but he's not so loud and talking over everything all the time.
