The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of Sergio Parisse and Owen Farrell above the bar.

Are you living close to Tipp Stag? Also you wouldn't know much about Bruff's U-17 team would you? Highfield could end up playing them in a while and everything appears to be very positive about them. Still, it would be a great game.

Thomond I refereed Bruff U17 at the start of the season. It pished rain all match and they overcame Young Munsters in Tom Clifford Park. Weather made it impossible to tell what they are really like but very physical.
MrsP - only problem is I don't have Skysports so if you were to stay at my house during the match you'd have to visit local pub or watch online.

Even Alastair Eykyn's at it now:
'England have played two, won two - both in tough conditions away from home.'
It wasn't even raining at Murrayfield!

See, that's another reason you should go to the interview - you get a day or two off work! Don't mention that at the interview, though...

MrsP,
We have a day return charter.
Price €275 plus €65 airline taxes. Includes return charter flight (07.30 departing Dublin and arriving back into Dublin at 23.15) and coach transfers in Paris.
As I undertstand it tickets will be refunded at face value or valid for the rescheduled match. No other compensation payable.

And is it okay to advertise that deal to my friends?
So 340 Euro for the lot except tickets?

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
Yea 340€ total price. Advertise away MrsP - he may not have been joking, it may just be speculation. We haven't been told of anything in relation to Irish fans neither have our competitors. It would be very handy.
Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
It's hard to see how they could differentiate between fans if they were to compensate them. I have sent to price to my pal although it's steep enough especially when they have already forked out once.

Pretty dramatic changes at the Os.
Which of those two actually did the coaching? Scott Johnston is the one I've seen prowling the touchline and being interviewed but I know different clubs mean different things by the roles Head Coach and Director of rugby etc.

I've just read two and a half pages of the Ian Madigan story and I don't think he was mentioned once. Same old Sexton/ROG debate that has been rumbling on for two years

Good to see this resolved to an extent.
MrsP,
Do I see you're looking for somewhere to watch the game on the weekend down in Limerick?

Yeah but I'm imagining that there weren't that many of the really good seats in the allocation. Sounds decent Stag.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
The weeuns can't see too well on the terrace Stag.
Mind you, I don't know how Notch will cope watching Ulster from a seat!

Can I just confirm that the main course will be served before kick off and the pudding and cheese board at half time?
And, there will be quality potato based snacks available?
I seem to remember with horror one of the lads mentioning...well, I don't know quite how to put this.... ...Monster Munch on sale at Thomond???

MrsP you'll get a turnip, a lump of Charleville Cheddar cheese and a slice of Shaws Limerick Ham.
Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
You've seen our coloured seats trick MrsP - it makes it seem like there are more people there!!
