The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of
ST DAVID, THE Prince of Wales and WALE'S CAPTAIN
Happy St David's day

Glas - If I don't send you a PM in a bit, then it'll have to be this evening/tomorrow morning.
Lucky - so jealous you have a puppy! You thought of a name for her yet? (tis a she, yes?)

Happy enough with that side, although Ken Owens did nothing to deserve being dropped and I'd have liked to see Ashley Beck on the bench to potentially get his first taste of Test rugby.

Gill was in the same boat as you could argue was Ryan Jones. Better position to have players coming in than losing men to injuries.

So Duncan Weir's out of the match-day squad, Asbo? I'm surprised by that, he seems to have more about him than Jackson. Unless Weir's injured, in which case, forget I said anything.

Jacko is Robinson's love-child, it's the only explanation! Seriously, Jackson has played 3 games since coming back from injury, and altho he looked decent against the Os, he was no more than that, not to mention that he missed some absolute sitters when kickingluckless_pedestrian wrote:So Duncan Weir's out of the match-day squad, Asbo? Evidenced by a centre partnership with a total of only 4 tries from a combined 65 caps

Good news for the Ulster regs there, and it'll free up a place at the O's for some of their young wingers to get more game time, a win win!
And the audit is over, can finally
Scotland team: finally Monty is back in the wing where he's at his best!
Wales team: really surprised The Doc is fit to start. Looking forward to seeing Tipuric getting more game time. Happy with the team

I have stayed away from here the past day mainly as I didn't want the fall out from the game, seeing as my view that we approached the game in the correct manner is different. Good to see Bowe back.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
Oof, more bad news for Ireland. Rory Best has a rib injury. He hasn't been ruled out of the starting line-up but Varley has come into the squad as cover.
It's a double blow if he is out because not only will we be losing another key part of our lineout after O'Connell, he's also the most likely to take over the Captaincy.
