Hello and welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub, a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The pub has made its way to Dubai, host city for the upcoming round of the IRB Rugby World 7s.

Visitors are reminded to dress sensibly and carry their working-'holiday' permit with them at all times and if possible; engage in their sinful drinking habits within the smoky confines of the underground "English Pub". We have more big screens than you could ever dream of...

If you need to go for a swim at the beach - application forms for towels and umbrellas are available at the bar.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no tampering with the pictures of Ricky Ponting, Bradley Davies, Andrew Hore and Craig Gilroy above the bar.

Good luck with that Breaker. I came back to Cardiff from my ma's place about 100 miles west. The train had to do a bit of a detour due to engineering works. Took me three hours to get home. I'd have been quicker flying to Gibbos!

What do we make of the whole Rio Ferdinand coin thing? I've heard plenty of condemnation of the fan for throwing the coin, but none of Ferdinand for celebrating in the home fans' faces. That's about as provocative as you can get and I don't have much sympathy for him. Don't do anything on the pitch that would earn you a clout if you did it off the pitch.

My trip to CAP couldn't have turned out better. Ended up in Hospitality, smashing a company's cider for free. Was a great day.

I thought Lloyd Williams was a bit hard done by, as Pretorious possibly caused the tip by pulling the guy as he was off the ground. On paper Patchell did well, but I thought his first instinct was always to kick, even when he had NUMBERS.

Still, what do I care

Ferdinand should take it up with his manager to stop his mind games and maybe supporters wouldn't be so incensed always anyway. I'd find it hard not to be annoyed if that gormless idiot was celebrating in front of me. The guy is a first class div anyway.

Gary Neville used to do the same when United beat City or Liverpool, running to the opposition fans and screaming and shouting. I'm sorry but that's just asking for it. But at least it's taken attention away from some of the shocking diving that went on on the Saturday.

I'm looking forward to the Blues - Scarlets match now, Rev. I've never been to the Arms Park (the club bit anyway). It's on Black Friday so I'm thinking of booking a room in Cardiff for the night. The trains will be a nightmare.

Sorry to hear you're leaving as well Rava. That's a real shame. It's not my place to judge these decisions, each to their own. However, I have to be honest, when I read back what I wrote in the Facebook pub when old 606 closed (the post is still in there by the way), I do hope the sentiment still stands because it doesn't seem to be that way anymore. I just find it sad really. Anyway, I hope people are keeping in touch elsewhere.

I would suggest you add a syllable to the second line...

The "rules" I found on-line said the syllable pattern went 7,7,5,5,7.

But good call on line 2
