Why on earth are they not making Di Mattieo there complete number 1 Priority? Unless he has said he 100% doesn't want the job.

Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
Citeh have another very tough game at the weekend(everton) . Everton are 5/1- but citeh surely cant loss this time!! can they?
Palace are 16/1 at liverpool- no surprise there. Tbh i think a lottery win is more likely
I think my fav bets for the weekend are swansea(3/1) and villa 2.3/1. Arsenal are not bad value either and quite close to evens..
So 3 away wins for me!- its coming in at 20/1
which is decent for that 3 fold!

i wouldn't mind seeing Sunderland beat Utd this weekend.
Would be amusing, them getting their first win against the champions.

I think Ent is on the sauce when he posts these ramblings.
I think Everton will suffer their first loss this afternoon.

Probably Chris. I'm sure Spurs released one when they salvaged a 4-4 draw at the Emirates a few years back under Redknapp. Will probably sell a few hundred copies.

Lukaku on the scoresheet again. Regret loaning him out yet Jose?

I respect jose for loaning out lukaku and moses.. Two players that are now going to get guaranteed football. If only other managers did the same!

Cracking game of football out there.
Lukaku's goal was fantastic movement, yes Hart probably should of saved it. He needs a week away from football IMO just to get his head straight do some extra work with the goalkeeping coach and just relax.
Man City's goal was just superb lovely movement and well taken by Negredo. Like i keep on saying he has 100% been there best buy of the summer.

Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
The BBC describe Everton's goal as one that Hart should have saved.
He should just relax. It's not as if there's a pivotal double header of games round the corner, on which his country's footballing hopes and dreams rest, beginning in just 6 days time. Is there?
Oh.

Really good first half. Aguero could have had a hatrick today. There creative free kick earlier in the game was great, if only more teams could do stuff like that.

3-1 City
100% a penalty, complete idiot is Shameus Coleman. Why on earth would you put your hands out. So unlucky for Tim Howard, painfully unlucky. That's what happens though when you play these sides, they get all the luck.

Knew Loic would be quality. People were scoffing at the Remy signing months ago, saying he wasn't prolific & had off the field issues. Possibly signing of the season contender, especially as it's a loan.

Surely to become permanent also? Can't see him wanting to return to Boreus Road.John wrote:Knew Loic would be quality. People were scoffing at the Remy signing months ago, saying he wasn't prolific & had off the field issues. Possibly signing of the season contender, especially as it's a loan.

Re: Barclays Premier League 13/14 Thread
Yeah, think it's £8m & read that Harry doesn't want him back either. We're in a win/win situation with him. He needs a permanent deal & he's playing for a World Cup place. Only issue is, we've left out Ben Arfa, will we only be able to play him at home because we look a far better outfit defensively with him on the bench.

If they fire Liverpool to the title like the original SAS did then we can compare.

Sounds like a boring game at the KC.
From our point of view a clean sheet, and 3 games without defeat.
Next up Spurs at home live, 2 weeks tomorrow, ah thats my birthday.

Alarm bells ringing with this united side.
Have to see how they line up but I'd be worried in a flat 442 with januzaj in front of rafael.
