Do you get a veto like the UN security council then?

All good Rick - slightly busier at work than I want to be, but otherwise, tickety-boo.
PJ - indeed, it can be hard to leave the Brass Monkey. Likewise, not easy to leave the Hanging Bat due to its massive selection of very strong Belgian beer.

I'm in the lull before the end of year renewal scramble, I tend to work on the end of year stuff as I stay around during xmas to let the folk with crotch goblins have time off.
Love mini golf, films and strong Belgian beer, so top choices.

I can add a bit to Super's information. I've been to Edinburgh two or three times and I give it 4/5.

Don't know if you went to the law ball in Glasgow with Alex Salmond, Supes, but his opening comment in was that he had just come to Glasgow from Edinburgh, and it was nice to be back in Scotland again, which is basically Edinburgh's Tourism statement TBH.
Cheers, Tino, f**k you too, you know it's true.

Fist.
Glad to see that Tino's still alive. Given his propensity for dying, I thought it a bit reckless of him to take a holiday dangerously close to the Bermuda Triangle.

Yes indeed. All 5s and 2s. Think I'll delete an old post somewhere else to keep that number for a little longer.
Are you watching the cricket, Galts? One of the match-ups I'm looking forward to is when SA play India and de Kock has to face up to Deeparse...
oops I mean Arshdeep. No doubt he wouldn't want to turn his back on de Kock. Then again maybe not... who really knows?

It's a pity they play on the same team as I'd really like to see Hardik getting into Arshdeep.

I'd imagine Fakhar would have been gutted as well. He needs to be patient though. I'm sure his time will come. Just not right now.

Never made it to any of the Law Balls as I tended not to socialise with anyone on our course. Did once see everyone lined up in their kilts and ball gowns to get on a coach at about 17:00 outside the Globe when I'd been in the West Port Bar since 12:00 and was a little bit 'worse for wear' after several pints of 'heavy' and was on my way to Mickey Coyles to buy some low-grade ecstasy.

Maybe you saw a mate of mine get stood up in front of the whole coach, you did right to be fair, would've preferred the third degree gurns and do this do that.

You are indeed omnipresent, Julius.
How was the trip Tino? Did the mother-in-law spoil you or did you have to do your own cooking and washing... and hunt for game?
Here's a gift you you. He (or she?) lives in the pool filter shed. Plenty of insects around there.
It came out on Saturday when it was hot... looking for the pool I think. I gave it a bowl of water instead.
The pavers are 400mm x 400mm or 16" x 16". It was a little bigger - maybe 410mm long. Looks like it has lost part of its tail and has regrown it.

Very nice thanks, Pee Jay. My mother-in-law, despite my cheap 1980's gag, is actually a really good egg. We get on pretty well.

Only a mile or so from where I grew up (although that estate was considered to be nicer than the one I grew up in). Has always been bandit country and definitely advisable to check your car is in good working order before attempting to drive through it and if you can, have someone literally ride shotgun.
Captain of my youth football team was from Kirkton - he once got a match abandoned by starting a fight with all four opposition defenders, which he won, but which resulted in all 5 of them being sent off and the other side being unable to continue. This was under 13's.

No difference in the before and after pictures.
Only a mile or so from where I grew up (although that estate was considered to be nicer than the one I grew up in). Has always been bandit country and definitely advisable to check your car is in good working order before attempting to drive through it and if you can, have someone literally ride shotgun.
