The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the team photos of the World Cup finalists. Or the action shots (put up especially for Cari) of McCaw, Kahui and Corey Jane.
So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
Mick - it's the new fella next door - well he's not that new, been there about three months with his missus. Has had a gathering every Friday and saturday night for about the last month when he comes home from the pub. Had to report him eventually cause the parties were going on until three, four and five in the morning. Drove me bonkers. He didn't even have the common courtesy to pre-warn anyone and we're surrounded by other properties so it can't just be me who's affected. I don't ask for much in this world, but a bit of peace at the weekend isn't too much to ask is it? I don't normally like to complain, and I'm a tolerant person most of the time, but he was taking the pish if you ask me. He should learn to be less anti social.
Hope the shoulder improves quickly.

Watching a replay of last nights ITV highlight show with a little bit on the Haka. Buck Shelford's influence on the All Blacks taking it a bit more seriously back in the late 80's...

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
that's great news for us Notch, cheers for the link
Glad it's another Tongan as well so at least he and Timani know each other, should help with them settling in. I liked the look of him in the rwc, and considering how many backs players we'll lose come 6N's, we had to look at cover there so me = happy.

He was ridiculously good in the Churchill Cup. Nigel Davies was there checking out Timani in the game he scored four tries. Was interviewed on Sky at half-time, remember him praising Iongi.

ah yeah I have a vague recollection of Nige mentioning him. Glad we're only signing within our means as well, no point spending money we don't have.

Just realised Ireland's next game is at home to Wales at the beginning of February.
Man, is that going to be an interesting one. 'Payback'.

Probably will, yes. I don't imagine radical changes. Slow, gradual change is Kidneys style isn't it?

Afternoon pub. It's a lovely day here at Vallis Way, and Ealing leading 26-8 as the second half starts. MJ should get his arse down here to see how English backs can create and finish chances
Woo hoo, Chesters in for his second!!

Ok, Rava,Porical, who won the Top14 in 2009 for USAP against ASM, misses 5 kicks,is just justice coming home; and the 5 tries scored by Clermont were his fault as well?(at least 2 were )After last weeks largest ever defeat for Perpignan, last night was their largest ever home defeat;a season of records at Aimee Giral? They have Hook, Mermoz, Marty and Lakafia to return, but Delmas is the problem; ask Stade Francais.
ASM should be awesome when the 11 missing players get back.

Excellent Maesteg. Totally agree, sublime album. Her voice is food for the soul.
Love the sound of your 45 & LP collection. I have lost so many and gave a lot to my lads. But they'll treasure em.
Good eve all. It has been a stunning day here. Clear, crisp and very Sunny. My kind of weather. Great for biking.

I am definitely worried. Maybe not for the Ravenhill clash because I think we will win our home games but I fear for the away tie.
