aye spotted that, but I still can't figure out where in the song that is! I think it's the hiero bit putting me off.

What really confused me was the 'hiero' bit, because he (Hiero) used to play for Spain and I think it's the Spanish for steel.

I'm doing the h+s training online at work at the moment....apparently doing it on my 1st day didn't count with head office?!

I'm at the moment 'watching' a 25min presentation on how to use a fire extinguisher!! So glad there's a mute and minimise button!!

Fair to dull, Lucky bud. It feels like Summer is over and it hasnae started yet. That week in March was just a big aul teaser.

The forecast here is for it to be as bad if not worse next week. I'm not too bothered, we need the rain. And I don't cycle to work any more.

I watched Toulouse v Leinster (2006) last night. This is what will happen to ASM on Sunday. We will burn, run and tear them to shreds in Bordeaux. French Toasties my man.

Easterby was excellent at 9. Yeah Ronan was backup flanker. And a little innocent looking lad called Rob Kearney came on. He looked about 12.

Reminds me Prop. When I worked as an Operator on Nightshift in the 70's, we had this trick for waking up a very stoned Jamaican, who used always fall asleep at the console.

Id sneak up, place the nozzle of the extinguisher up his flared trouser leg... and let blast.

Man, I was so fast then. He was huge. He chased me round the Computer Room like a looney with frozen balls.
