The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the Tommy Bowe photo on the bar. That's a banning offence
So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Hughie, it is a phooking ridiculous decision, as is not having a game this weekend, then announcing the squad on Monday before playing Ireland the following weekend and losing 5 players from the squad through injury, as is bound to happen!!!
To be fair, thats the deadline set by the IRB for submitting the official squad. Wales, Scotland, France, Ireland, Argentina and Italy are all in action this weekend I believe so they would have found it hard to book a fixture!

Most definitely lets PM. Sometimes losing is fun Asbo.

I obviously didn't want to start an article on this, and I don't post in the football section on this site, but for anyone doing the fantasy football, free wildcard cause of the site crashing on the weekend. Enjoy I felt like I had to give this good news to someone and I didn't want to tell my friends that I'm directly competing against...that probably cancels out the good deed but you never know.

I know it's the IRB deadline Notch, and so do the England management which is why I cannot understand the logic in not organising a fixture for this Saturday. Even if they'd sorted out a game against the Melbourne Rebels or something it would be better than nothing. At least they could have tried out a few combinations and tried to learn something new about the players.
Anyway, I am currently watching Wellington vs. Manawatu in the ITM Cup from the weekend, and as sad as it is for me to say, there are players in these teams who cannot get into Super Rugby sides, whose handling skills are far in excess of anything served up at the Millenium Stadium on Saturday!!!

Mrsuperclear have you signed up for the dew drop inn league? I posted league codes periodically all last week.

I joined the 606v2 league with the code on the football section. I wouldn't worry about me as competition anyway WillyGilly. Absolutely awful week - Andy Carroll as captain I'll be using this free wildcard to get rid of everyone I reckon!

That sounds like a scene from a certain sort of British film from the '70's starring Robin Askwith. You just know that next the man would notice he has forgotten his change, go back to get it, and find the paper boy and his missus will be 'at it'.

C’mon folks, what direction is the pub going in?
I’m just asking questions here.
Should we be cross checking our posts with all external threads to determine if they would be best suited elsewhere?
I’m just asking questions here.
Are we becoming insular, smug and self satisfied?

Wendy Testaburger has proven time and time again that she will do anything to pleasure her vagina. Whether it is the school football team or the janitors on their break, Wendy spends her time as president on her knees or on her back taking the old in-out for hours on end!
Or does she?
